Nov. 11 6:45 pm – had a friend called Mr. Advancing Lies regarding trimming trees, Mr. Lies told him he could be out in the morning.
Nov. 12th 9:45 AM talked to Tree man. He said the cutters knee is good, he was working to pay his rent. He will call me one night next week and will get the tree down next week.

Friday, October 1, 5:00 PM – I called Owner of ATS/Tree Top to confirm Sunday; he said to call him right back so, his voice mail could pick up and to leave my address. I did this as requested.
Sunday, October 3 – Owner did not show and did not call.
Monday, October 4, 3:14 PM - I called Owner of ATS/ATC, no answer – I Left voice mail, as to the fact that he never calls, does not show up he says he is, and the we seem to have to call him to find out what is going on.
Monday, October 4, 7:43 PM – Call from Owner of ATS/ATC's wife, she called to inform me that Owner of ATS/ATC was out bidding jobs all day, and she was to call to let me know that his climber has a staph infection. I told her we were getting concerned about the tree and this situation; she said she understood with the wind blowing. She said she would call me back at the end of the week.
Wednesday October 6, 8:41 AM – I called Mr Topatree; he ANSWERED!!! {omg, is this my lucky day?} and said he would call me back by 9:00 AM to let me know something about getting started tomorrow.

It started on a beautiful sunny day
I call the first listed tree company listed in the Jackson, MS Phone directory.

Monday September 13, 11:33 AM – Called ATS/ATC- I asked if he gave free estimates, he said yes. He asked to call me back because he was in Byram, MS bidding a big job.
Monday, September 13, 12:00 PM - Owner called back, he asked where I lived, I told him were I lived, he gave me his partners’ no. said he lived near me . Onwer of ATS/ATC asked me to call him back once his partner left, to let him know what the bid was. I called the partner.
Monday, September 13, 5:22 PM - Partner called, got directions. He came by and gave a bid of $2500.00 for completely removing tree, and $1500.00 to take the weight off the top.
Monday, September 13, 8:30 PM - I called Owner of ATS/ATC back as requested, told him the bid price, and that I did not have the resources available to get it down at the price, we continued talking, our work came up, and I mentioned that my husband does flooring, Owner of ATS
said that he needed to some floor work done and to ask my husband if he would be interested, if so, to call him.
[I mentioned this to my husband, he called Owner of ATS]
Wednesday, September 15th 6:00 PM - My husband called Owner of ATS to discuss what he needed to have done, my husband agreed to come look at the floor, they at this time agreed if my husband could and would do the floor, they would barter. Owner of ATS said he wanted to come out Saturday to look at the tree. Set up time to meet
Friday, September 17 Approx 3:00 PM - Met Owner of ATS at a Shell station in Florence, MS so he could lead us to his home - so my husband could evaluate the floor. At this time, Owner of ATS said he would take down the tree if my husband would do the floor work, which was replacing the subfloor and pulling out all the standing cabinets my husband told Owner of ATS he would like to think about it and would call him back. Owner of ATS said that he would get the tree down for us in the next week if my husband would do the floor. Owner of ATS then said the he would not need to see the tree, he would get on out there and get it down; he said our tree was small compared to ones he has taken down in the past, This was all discussed standing in the kitchen of Owner of ATC's home. The floor had large humps in the kitchen area and a few holes in the other area's of his home which were also in need of repair.
Friday, September 17 -My Husband called Owner of ATS/ATC told him he would do the job. He would be there Wednesday Sept. 22.
Monday, September 20 – My husband called Owner of ATS/ATC to confirm job set for Wednesday, Owner of ATS/ATC said yes, and the mechanic for his bucket truck would be there Wednesday as well...
--- "Mechanic" was a no show all three days 9.22 / 9.23 / 9.24 ---
Wednesday, September 22 – My husband and his hired help arrived at Owner of ATS's home, to measure, and then went to buy materials, started the job. Owner of ATS was not there.
Friday, September 24, completed the job. My husband never saw Owner of ATS or had a call from him during the 3 days is took to complete the job. Owner of ATS's wife said he was doing floor work with his son. { wth? doing floor work? why did he not repair his own flooring for the safety of his kids? }
---Never heard from Owner of ATS/ATC all weekend ---
Monday, September 27, 7:36 AM - My husband called Owner of ATS: Owner of ATS said he was pleased with the job. Owner of ATS also said the mechanic never showed. Told my husband he would take down the tree. He would be there, at our home on Wednesday Sept. 29.
Wednesday, September 29, 10:15 AM – My husband called Owner of ATS as to when he would be there. Owner of ATS said the bucket truck was on a wrecker, and that he would be at the house Thursday September 30 to take down tree.
Thursday, September 30, 9:55 AM – I called Owner of ATS/ATC, left voice mail as to why he was not at the house yet.
RIGHT HERE IS WHERE THE DRAMA BEGINS TO UNFOLD AND WHERE WE WERE BEING MADE FOOLS OF
Thursday, September 30, 10:15 AM – Owner of ATS/ATC (answers phone as Tree Service) called me back, he said he was at the Rankin county courthouse with his brother because his brother went to rescue his (the brothers) wife from a crack house, and she then accused of him rape ( Owner of ATS/ATC then proceeded to tell me how nasty his brother was) Owner of ATS/ATC said he was the only witness his brothers had and he had to take care of that. He also told me not to worry, that he loved the floor and appreciated my husbands work and time because it meant that his kids and wife would no longer fall through the floor and they would not get cold with this winter. Owner of ATS/ATC said again not to worry, that he will be out to get the tree down. He also said that he would be by Sunday to look at the tree. { he said in his kitchen that he did not need to see the tree. }
Thursday, September 30, 7:57 PM- My husband called Owner of ATS/ATC --- The son of his wife answered the Owner of ATS/ATC's phone , my husband asked to speak with Owner of ATS/ATC, the son asked who was calling, my husband stated his name, then the son said my husbands name out loud and said Owner of ATS/ATC was not home. My husband asked him to tell Owner of ATS/ATC to return his call.
